Shipping Policy

1. How long is delivery?

Our free delivery option takes just 2 days on average from placing your order. We also offer next day if you need it quick at extra cost.

3. Processing times

Orders take 1 business day to process after placing the order before shipping out. Once completed, we will then ship the item out and send your tracking number. Your item(s) will be sent from our USA warehouse in New Jersey.

4. Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Please be sure to check your spam folder first, otherwise contact us and we’ll be able to help. If you need more detailed information, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get things sorted.

5. Unexpected delays

Delays do happen from time to time. We use USPS. While 99.9% of the time everything runs as smoothly as it should, delays will happen out of our control. Our policy is to wait for ten days for the package to arrive. If after ten days the delay has still not resolved itself we will either refund you or send you another item out.

6. Returns

All products come with a FREE two year warranty from purchase. If the item is defective on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved as soon as possible. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at [email protected]. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase you can also send your item back to us within 30 days. You must first contact us before sending anything.

All returns should be sent to our warehouse in Maidstone. You must first contact us at [email protected]. You are responsible for return postage as we do not cover return postage. If you’re wanting to send an item back because it is defective, we will send you out a new item and as long as we can confirm the device is indeed defective (from descriptions, photos and video proof) we will send a new item out.

7. Refunds

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may incur an extra charge which we will subtract from any due refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after initial delivery will not be refunded. We offer a 30 day return policy if you change your mind, please see our return policy Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issued your refund. This is typically 2-5 days but with some banks this can take up to 10 days.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or via our online chat.
